The Filipino Women’s Association in the KWC Region is a community group that connects, supports, and empowers Filipino women while promoting and celebrating Filipino culture in the Kitchener–Waterloo–Cambridge area.

To empower, uplift, and unite Filipino women across the country by fostering a strong sense of community, preserving and celebrating our rich cultural heritage, and providing resources and support that enable personal and professional growth. We are committed to advocating for the rights and well-being of Filipino women, promoting gender equality, and nurturing leadership and collaboration to create a thriving and inclusive society for all.
Our vision is to build a vibrant, inclusive, and empowered community where every Filipino woman in Canada can thrive. We aspire to be a leading organization that champions the rights, talents, and contributions of Filipino women, fostering an environment where they are respected, valued, and recognized as essential contributors to the social, cultural, and economic fabric of Canadian society. Through unity, resilience, and mutual support, we envision a future where Filipino women have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential, inspiring generations to come.
